Please do not bring any personal items to the center, we are not responsible for their loss or damage.
When registering, please commit to writing all complete and correct information, especially in case of any health conditions such as chronic diseases or food allergies.
The disclosure of any information about the child that need to be taken under considration so we are able to provide the appropriate care.
When it comes to vacations, the center is affiliated and follow with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, not the Ministry of Education
The center occasionally sends promotional messages about new programs, special offers, etc. If you do not want to receive them, please let us know.
The Center has the right to refuse or dismiss any participant in case of breaching any of the terms and conditions.
The Center has the right to change and update these terms and conditions as it deems appropriate.

Registration and cancellation policy

When registering in one of our programs, you must fill in all the correct information on the official Tabar Center website, and registration is not accepted in any other way.
When registering in one of our programs, the participant is not allowed to freeze or postpone the registration for any reason and is not compensated for the days of absence.
The seat reservation is confirmed upon full payment. After that If you wish to receive the receipt via email, please let us know.
Your participation in the program will be confirmed once we have received full payment.
If you want to extend the subscription for a longer period (from one day to a week or a month) or (from a week to a month), only the initial paid amount will be deducted from the full amount.
In the event that there is a discount provided on programs or subscriptions, no other discounts will be added to that.
All amounts paid for programs or purchases are not refundable unless canceled 7 days before the program start date after deducting 10% of the amount.
If we receive a valid excuse for not attending the program 3 days before the start date of the program, we will reserve 75% of the amount as a balance in the participant’s wallet for 60 days.
In the event of partial cancellation (a person from a group or a portion of a program) and they receive a price offer, the basic amount, not the discount, will be deducted, then the remainder will be kept as a balance in the participant’s wallet for 60 days.
All amounts paid cannot be transferred to any other participants.
The Center has the right to cancel any program, and this entails returning the full amount to the participant via bank transfer within a maximum period of 7 working days.
